Device manager says for this camera: USBVID046DPID0928REV0000.

Official Logitech support says that camera is not supported in Windows 7.

Actually it works (at least form me) with drivers form Logitech.

Choose update driver then choose browse my computer for driver software.

Now choose let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer.

Now scroll down to imaging devices In the window that pops up, in the left pane, scroll down to logitech.

It works with my old logitech quickcam model v-uap9 on windows 7.
